“You” and “Your” indicate the individual, partnership, incorporated or unincorporated association making the booking on behalf of the group, party, or organization to whom we agree to provide the Service.
“Event Contract” means any contract established between You and Us for the Service, which incorporates these Terms and Conditions.
“Contract Price” represents the total amount payable for the Services, Experience, or Booking that You have made with Us.
“Event Date” refers to the specific date(s) on which You plan to book the Service.
“The Service” includes any activity, event, function, arrangement, facility, or service that We organize and specify on our booking form.
“Agent” signifies any representative of Ours, or any independent contractor we engage to deliver the Service, or provide equipment for it.
“The Client” refers to the person or entity for whom we agree to provide the Service, even if they are not the direct contracting party.

A booking is confirmed only after We receive full payment and send You a booking confirmation email that includes a booking reference number. Until that point, We may offer the Event Date to other interested parties. Therefore, it is Your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided at the time of booking.
While We may temporarily reserve slots in good faith to allow You to finalize booking details, this does not guarantee the reservation. The booking is secured only once payment is completed, and You have received the confirmation of the booking.
The Contract Price is Our quoted price displayed during your booking process. We reserve the right to vary the quoted price until full payment is received.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by cash (Walk In), credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay.
If the number of guests changes, adjustments to the Contract Price may apply.
If We cancel the Event Date due to Our fault, We will offer alternative dates or a full refund in gift vouchers.
48+ Hours Notice: You will receive a full refund to the original payment method or, alternatively, a VRXtra Gift Card for the same value.
Less than 48 Hours Notice: In this case, you will receive full credit in the form of a VRXtra Gift Card.
Less than 2 Hours Notice: Unfortunately, no monetary refund will be provided with such short notice.
Voucher/Event Experiences: Rebooking is available with more than 2 hours’ notice; however, this is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the voucher.
Gift Cards: Please note that all Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled start time by more than 10 minutes, we will attempt to contact you. However, if you arrive more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time without confirming your lateness or delay, we will consider the booking cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling is allowed up to two times. However, rescheduling less than 24 hours before the Event Date may incur a 10% fee of the Contract Price, which will either be deducted from your gift card balance or paid at the venue.
You agree to follow all safety requests or orders issued by Us or Our Agents on the Event Date. If you fail to comply, We may terminate the Service without liability.
Disclose any medical condition or disability that could affect participation before booking. For safety reasons, We may remove You or Your guest from an activity if necessary.
If We determine that a participant is unfit or poses a risk to health and safety, We reserve the right to remove them from the activity without liability or refund.
Clients and guests must follow all safety instructions provided by VRXtra Staff Members. Our decisions regarding safety are final.
We expect you to respect the venue, staff, and equipment throughout your event. Any damage caused by deliberate misuse or failure to follow instructions will result in a charge for the full cost of repair or replacement.
We reserve the right to deny participation or remove individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs without a refund. We do not accept liability for accidents or incidents that occur under such conditions.
Disruptive, threatening, or violent behaviour toward staff or guests will lead to your immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
Customer Credit: Valid for 1 year from issuance and can be used for any session type. It is not exchangeable for cash.
Gift Cards: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and must be used within this timeframe. Third-party vouchers are subject to third-party terms and must be confirmed with VRXtra.

Discount Codes: Must be applied during the booking process and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. They are not applicable once payment has been processed.
We maintain an insurance policy for public liability and other risks associated with the Services provided. Details are available upon request.
Except for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the Contract Price.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You and your group may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.

These conditions apply exclusively to you and your group and cannot be transferred.
The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the agreement.
