This experience has extremely limited availability and to take part in this experience you’ll need to book in advance, the availability may be booked up to 12 hours before the experience.
Our cancellations policy remains the same across all our products, however if a specific arrangement between your guests and a VRXtra location is created then this will take effect over our standard cancellation policy.
We kindly ask that if you have any adjustments to your booking that you make them well in advance or contact us for any other matters regarding our Valentine’s VR Experience.
Absolutely, We love recommending our personal favourites to guests, We will help you find the right experience for you both to enjoy.
If you decide you want to switch to the opposite experience available then please inform a staff member directly on arrival before starting your experience.
We are never opposed to going the Xtra mile to provide a memorable experience and we would highly suggest speaking directly with the venue in question and they will be able to confirm if availability for this is possible.
We ask that all customers are atleast 10 minutes early for all experiences at VRXtra. That way we are able to ensure all guests are provided a suitable onboarding and introduction before the experience starts.
With all bookings if guests arrive after the designated booking time we unfortunately cannot guarantee they have the full experience.

This time allows our dedicated team to on-board you, giving you instructions on Health & Safety, Story, Controls and to allow you to get used to Virtual Reality.
You’ll have 50-60 minutes to complete your experience depending on the experience chosen.
We will help you out of the headsets and ask you how your experience was.
After we that you will have a fantastic photo opportunity taken by a VRXtra Team Member that will be sent to your booking email.
