Your group should always arrive at VRXtra first, where your VR experience will take place before heading to Curzon for food. A member of our team will confirm your Curzon reservation time when you arrive. Please arrive at VRXtra at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and a smooth start.

No, all food, drinks, and any other items provided by Curzon are charged separately and billed directly by Curzon. Your party package with VRXtra covers the VR experience only. Curzon will handle their own billing at the restaurant on the day.
Yes, all our bookings include an onboarding; this provides instructions on how to use the equipment, details about the experience you’ll be participating in, and guidance on what to do if you need help. Depending on the experience and group size, this onboarding can take approximately 5 minutes.
Additionally, we will have staff members available throughout the venue to offer that little Xtra help if needed.
Yes! – We use effective safety systems that will alert a player when leaving a boundary. Our boundary spaces use special systems, keeping both the cables out of your way and reminding you of your safe area if you wander too far.
