General
Do you have any restrictions? (age)
Yes, All of our experiences are marked during booking with their age restrictions, All Participants must be a minimum age of 7+.
If booking “Xtra Games” then each individual customer will have an age rating applied, When we apply this age rating they will only be able to see games relevant to their age.
It’s our first time experiences VR, is there anything we should know?
There is nothing quite like VR, the immersion you will feel can sometimes feel overwhelming, we always recommend that you take each game slowly until you feel more comfortable with how to play, alternatively simply ask a member of staff for help, they will guide you until you feel ready to play alone.
Is there a waiver to sign before playing?
Yes, on arrival you’ll have to sign a waiver for yourself, any players under 16 can be signed by an adult on behalf of the player.
Is Virtual Reality Safe?
Yes, We use effective saftey systems that will alert a player when leaving a boundary, Our boundary spaces use special systems keeping both the cables out of your way and reminding you of your safe area if you wander too far.
If its Safe, Can I leave my child unattended in your care?
Unfortuntely, No. We take great pride in being flexible and catering to our customers needs however we cannot be held responsible for the care of a guest under the age of 16.
Due to this we kindly ask you remain on site for the experience duration, We would even recommend you join them! We have endless fun experiences for you to enjoy together, we guarantee it.
Can I play games with my friends and guests?
Yes! – Certain experiences have a minimum player count and these are displayed on each experience online and instore.
Our Xtra Games collection includes both singleplayer and multiplayer experiences, Each game will have its own unqiue easy to learn multiplayer system, if you need help getting into a multiplayer with your friend, ask a friendly member of staff for help.
Do you have “This” Game?
We have a huge library of games and experiences, however we can’t assure the availability of a specific title, even if its listed on our website. If you have a game in mind, please reach out to us and check its availability beforehand.
When should I arrive for my booking?
We kindly ask that all customers attend your bookings location atleast 5 minutes before your bookings time slot, for example if your booking is 14:00pm – 15:00pm then your arrival time should be 13:55pm.
Can I extend my time?
Yes, Speak to a member of staff and they will be able to extend your session, Subject to availability and experience.
Can I wear my glasses while playing?
Yes, All our VR Equipment can fit most traditional glasses, you can always pop to one of our local stores and ask to test if your glasses will fit.

Parties
How big of a party can you host?
All of our parties have a minimum player count, depending on the experience the only limit is our capacity in the venue questioned, For example if “London” has 16 headsets, we will be able to host a party of 16!
Some experiences will have a limit per group, meaning 16 players for a 8 player game will be split into two smaller 8 player groups.
All of our venues include seating to spectate and interact with your guests.
How do I know my party is confirmed & booked?
You’ll receive a confirmation email from the moment the booking is paid, this will include all relevant information required.
Will there be a demonstration given?
Yes, All our bookings include an onboarding, this includes instructions on how to use the equipment, what experience you’ll be taking part in and what to do if you need help.
We will have staff members available around the venue to provide you that little Xtra help if needed.
Will my party be safe?
Yes, We use effective saftey systems that will alert a player when leaving a boundary, Our boundary spaces use special systems keeping both the cables out of your way and reminding you of your safe area if you wander too far.
My Players are under the age of 16, does an adult need to participate?
We will always encourage adults to join in the experinece however an adult does not need to directly participate, you will however need an adult to be present during the experience on site.
Watching your guests play is always free of charge and we encourage adults to stay and watch!
When should we arrive for the party?
Due to large player count of parties, we kindly ask that all party guests attend your bookings location atleast 10 minutes before your bookings time slot, for example if your booking is 14:00pm – 15:00pm then your arrival time should be 13:50pm.
